Welcome to Sniff ‘n Snack Box (“Sniff ‘n Snack,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.sniffnsnack.com), subscription box service, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.





1. Eligibility

 

To use our Services, you must:


  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration and payment information.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms.



By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

 

 


2. Subscription Services

 

2.1 Subscription Plans

We offer several types of subscription plans:


  • Month-to-Month: Charged monthly until canceled.
  • 3-Month Contract Subscription: Billed monthly for three consecutive months and requires completion of the full 3-month term before cancellation.
  • Prepaid Plans: (e.g., 3-Month Prepaid) Paid upfront and automatically renew unless canceled in advance.


All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their respective term unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.


 

2.2 3-Month Contract Subscription Policy

The 3-Month Contract Subscription is a commitment-based plan that charges monthly for three consecutive months.


  • By selecting this plan, you agree to complete all three months before requesting cancellation.
  • Cancellations made before the 3-month term ends will not be processed until the third box has been delivered.
  • After the initial 3-month term, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.


 

 

2.3 Auto-Renewal of Prepaid Plans

If you purchase a prepaid plan, it will automatically renew for the same term unless you cancel prior to renewal.


 

2.4 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@sniffnsnack.com.


  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to prevent the next order from being processed.
  • Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Cancellations apply prospectively. You will not receive a refund for prepaid, partially used, or contract-based terms.
  • Contract-based plans (such as the 3-Month Contract Subscription) must complete the full commitment term before cancellation takes effect.





2.5 Pricing and Fees

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.


 

 

3. Promotions and Third-Party Partnerships

 

3.1 Free Fi Collar Offer

Sniff ’n Snack may offer promotions in partnership with Fi. Please note that Fi requires a $20 activation fee to claim and activate your free Fi collar. This fee is charged by Fi directly, not Sniff ’n Snack. We are not responsible for Fi’s services, activation fees, or subscription costs.

 

 

 

3.2 Fi Collar Redemption Limit

The free Fi collar promotion included with the “(FREE Fi Collar) 3-Months Pre-Paid” subscription plan is limited to one collar per customer, household, or dog.


  • The complimentary Fi collar can only be redeemed once per customer and is available exclusively with the first qualifying subscription purchase.
  • Renewals, additional subscriptions, or subsequent purchases do not include another free collar, regardless of plan type.
  • Sniff ’n Snack reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline additional collar redemptions if duplicate accounts or misuse are suspected.


 

 

3.3 Subscription Commitment

Customers who purchase a 3-Month Contract Subscription or a 3-Month Prepaid Plan are required to fulfill the full 3-box term.


  • Early cancellations will not be honored until all three boxes have been shipped.
  • No refunds are issued for unused months or early termination.

 

3.4 Promotional Box Delivery Terms

Promotional or discounted subscription plans, including those that include a free Fi collar, are fulfilled on a month-to-month shipping schedule.

  • Promo offer boxes cannot be skipped, paused, or rescheduled.

  • All boxes within the promotional period will be shipped consecutively each month to the address on file.

  • Requests to delay, combine, or postpone shipments during the promotional term will not be honored.

 

3.5 Promotional Discounts

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all promotional discounts or coupon codes apply only to the first payment of a subscription. The remaining months (Months 2 and 3) of multi-month plans will be billed at the regular, non-discounted rate.



3.6 “First Box Free” Promotions

Promotions offering a “free first box” or equivalent discount are limited as follows:


  • The promotion applies only to the first payment of a customer’s first qualifying subscription.
  • Limit one free box per customer, household, and order.
  • Multiple boxes purchased in a single order or under multiple accounts by the same customer will not each qualify for a free box.
  • Sniff ’n Snack reserves the right to cancel, modify, or void any orders that violate this policy or appear to be created for the purpose of obtaining multiple free boxes.


 

 

3.7 Third-Party Services

Our Services may include promotions, discounts, or items provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of those third parties.


 

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.


 

 

 

5. Returns and Refunds

 

  • Orders are non-refundable once processed. If your order has been billed and is being prepared for shipment, we cannot cancel or issue a refund.
  • Subscription boxes are non-refundable once shipped.
  • If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may provide a replacement or store credit.

 

6. Data & Privacy

6.1 Data Collection

We collect information such as your name, email, shipping address, payment details, and purchase history.


6.2 Use of Data

We use your information to:

  • Process orders and manage subscriptions.
  • Provide customer support and communicate with you.
  • Send marketing and promotional messages (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Improve our Services and customer experience.

We may share anonymized or aggregated data with partners for marketing, analytics, or business purposes. In some cases, we may share personal information with trusted service providers or partners to deliver Services.

6.3 Consumer Rights

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to:

  • Distributing spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.

  • Attempting to disrupt or hack our systems.

  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on our website and in our boxes are owned by Sniff ‘n Snack or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sniff ‘n Snack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription term during which the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sniff ‘n Snack, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
