Thank you for shopping with Sniff ‘n Snack Box. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing the best experience possible. Please read this Returns and Refunds Policy carefully.
1. General Policy
Sniff ‘n Snack Box does not accept returns and does not issue cash refunds for subscription boxes once they have been shipped. We strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of every box. If you experience an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sniffnsnack.com.
2. Damaged or Missing Items
If your box arrives damaged or missing items:

Contact Us: Email contact@sniffnsnack.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide Evidence: Include order details and photos of the box and affected items.

Resolution: At our discretion, we may provide a replacement shipment or issue store credit.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item:

Notify Us: Email us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide Evidence: Include order details and photos of the incorrect product.

Resolution: We will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or credit:

Subscription boxes that have already shipped.

Items received more than 7 days prior.

Opened, partially used, or consumed products (unless damaged/defective).
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

Monthly plans: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your billing date to avoid charges for the next month.

Prepaid plans: Prepaid subscriptions (such as 3-month plans) are non-refundable once billed. They will automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
6. Shipping Costs and Risk of Loss

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a replacement is issued, Sniff ‘n Snack will cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

Sniff ‘n Snack is not responsible for shipping delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by carriers after the package has been transferred to them.
