At Sniff ‘n Snack Box, we strive to ensure your orders are shipped promptly and arrive in excellent condition. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle the delivery process.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 business days.
- Subscription Boxes: Subscription boxes are shipped 1-3 business days after the order is placed
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and package weight.
- Free shipping may be offered as part of promotions or for certain subscription plans. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
6. Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at sniffnsnackbox@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging for review.
- Missing Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please check the tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Sniff ‘n Snack Box is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Changes to the Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
