Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Sniff ‘n Snack account or contacting us at contact@sniffnsnack.com.

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next box.
• Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• 3-Month Contract Subscriptions: Customers who choose a 3-Month Contract Plan must complete all three months before cancellation takes effect.
• Prepaid Subscriptions: Prepaid plans are non-refundable but will continue to ship until the end of the prepaid term.
• Refunds: Subscription boxes are non-refundable once shipped, as each box is packed specifically for your order.
