Everything you need to know about Sniff ’n Snack subscription plans, billing, renewals, cancellations, and promotions.

How does the Sniff ’n Snack subscription work?


Sniff ’n Snack is a recurring subscription box delivered monthly. Once you sign up, your box ships automatically based on your selected plan until you cancel in accordance with our terms.

You can choose from month-to-month, 3-month contract subscriptions, or prepaid plans.


Do subscriptions auto-renew?



Yes. All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• Month-to-month plans renew monthly
• 3-month contract plans continue month-to-month after the initial term
• Prepaid plans renew for the same term unless canceled in advance


What subscription plans do you offer?


We currently offer:

• Month-to-Month – Billed monthly, cancel anytime with proper notice
• 3-Month Contract Subscription – Billed monthly for three consecutive months and requires completion of all three boxes
• Prepaid Plans – Paid upfront and renew automatically unless canceled


Can I cancel my subscription anytime?



You may request cancellation at any time through your account or by emailing contact@sniffnsnack.com
, but timing matters.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date
• Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled
• Cancellations apply to future shipments only



What if I’m on a 3-month contract subscription?



The 3-month contract subscription is a commitment-based plan.

• You are required to complete all three months
• Early cancellation requests will not take effect until the third box has shipped
• No refunds are issued for unused or remaining months
• After the initial 3 months, the subscription continues month-to-month unless canceled


Can I skip, pause, or delay a box?


Standard subscriptions may be eligible for limited account changes, but promotional and discounted plans cannot be skipped, paused, or rescheduled.

Promotional boxes ship consecutively each month during the offer period.


When will I be billed?



Billing occurs automatically based on your subscription plan and renewal date. You will be charged before your box is prepared and shipped.


Are subscriptions refundable?



No. Subscription boxes are non-refundable once processed or shipped.

This includes:
• Month-to-month subscriptions
• 3-month contract subscriptions
• Prepaid plans

Do promotions or discounts apply to every month?

Unless clearly stated otherwise, promotional discounts apply only to the first payment.

Remaining months of multi-month plans are billed at the regular price.


What does “First Box Free” mean?



“First box free” promotions apply only to the first qualifying subscription payment and are limited to:

• One per customer
• One per household
• One per dog

Attempts to obtain multiple free boxes may result in order cancellation.
